Truly Family Owned & Operated

Long (20 year) story short, we are family owned and operated by the same family since 2004.  This is Russ, the original owner, along with his long time grade school friend Anyssa (married 2019 in Vegas by Elvis himself). Our Butcher is in the photo because he is our first hire back in 2003 and still with us today.  Ben, along with most of our past and present employees, are our family. Anyssa's daughter is the general manager and her fiancé Mario has been cooking our great food for 10 years. We are truly the symbol of a family owned and operated establishment.
